Assembly Required
Teak:
- General Guidance: Before you use, give it a gentle cleaning with mild soap, water, and a soft sponge. Use a mild soap, water, and a soft sponge to remove dirt, debris, and spills as soon as they occur. Monitor for mold and mildew. Position your furniture in well-ventilated areas to prevent moisture entrapment. If your furniture gets wet from rain or cleaning, allow it to air dry completely before covering or using it again. Gently sand the area by hand with very fine sandpaper before cleaning, if you notice minor scratches or stains.
- Annual or As-Needed Cleaning: Use Teak Cleaner. Applying Protector. Applying Shield.
Cushions:
- For General Cleaning: Remove the cushion covers machine wash the covers on a gentle cycle with mild laundry detergent or hand washing with mild soap and lukewarm water works well too for both methods avoid bleach and harsh detergents air dry spot cleaning for non removable covers.
- For Deep Cleaning the Cushion Materials: Gently hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water. Press out the excess water gently—do not wring. Allow the cover to air dry completely before replacing it. Ensure the material is thoroughly dry to avoid mold and mildew development.

- Delivery: This level of service includes inside delivery to room of choice and package removal. Shipment can be brought up two flights of stairs in a walk-up; please let us know if you have additional stairs, which may incur additional costs. Please note, customer signature is required and returns will not be accepted once successful delivery has been completed.
- Scheduling: Customer will be notified of delivery date options via phone call and email and, once date is confirmed, will be provided with a 4-hour appointment window. The shipping company's contact info will be included in the email, in order to reschedule the appointment if necessary.
- What's Included: Inside delivery to specified room, package removal, and customer signature required. This level of service does not include assembly or moving of existing items.
