Returns & Cancellations


Before returning an item, please contact 2Modern Customer Care at (888) 222-4410 to obtain detailed shipping instructions. In general, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, 2Modern will be happy to process a return for you, contingent upon the following:

Items must be unused, unassembled, in their original condition, and original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of receiving the item. Unless otherwise specified by 2Modern, all returns must be made via the original shipping method through which the order arrived (UPS, Freight, White Glove, etc.). Detailed shipping instructions will be provided by 2Modern. Please allow at least 2 weeks after your order has been received for your refund to be processed at which point you will be refunded the full purchase price, including tax, minus shipping. For items offered with free shipping, outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund.

Exceptions - We cannot accept returns of:

  • Made-to-Order Products
  • Products identified as non-returnable
  • Products which have been installed or assembled
  • Products not in their original condition and original packaging
  • Products which have been successfully delivered
