Care instructions

Teak: Clean before first use and as needed: wipe with mild soap, water, and a soft sponge; rinse and air‑dry completely. Keep in well‑ventilated areas to prevent moisture; check for mold or mildew and clean promptly. For minor scratches or stains, lightly hand‑sand with very fine sandpaper before cleaning.

Cushions: Remove covers when possible. Machine wash on gentle cycle with mild detergent or hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water. Do not use bleach or harsh detergents. Hang covers to dry; do not tumble dry. If covers are non‑removable, spot‑clean with a mild soap solution, rinse with a clean, damp cloth, and air‑dry.

Delivery: This level of service includes inside delivery to room of choice and package removal. Shipment can be brought up two flights of stairs in a walk-up; please let us know if you have additional stairs, which may incur additional costs. This is the recommended service for customers in multi-unit buildings or offices. Please note, customer signature is required and returns will not be accepted once successful delivery has been completed.
Scheduling: Customer will be notified of delivery date options via phone call and email and, once date is confirmed, will be provided with a 4-hour appointment window. The shipping company's contact info will be included in the email, in order to reschedule the appointment if necessary.
What's Included: Inside delivery to specified room, package removal, and customer signature required. This level of service does not include assembly or moving of existing items.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please notify us within 48 hours. We do not accept cancellations for made-to-order items after 48 hours. If an item has already shipped, customer will incur shipping charges which will be deducted from refund. For more information, please see Cancellation Policy.
