Care instructions

Clean Upon Arrival: Before you use your new teak furniture, give it a gentle cleaning with mild soap, water, and a soft sponge. This initial clean helps to minimize the risk of oil stains transferring to cushions and prepares the wood for use.
Promptly Clean Spills and Dirt: Use a mild soap, water, and a soft sponge to remove dirt, debris, and spills as soon as they occur. Although teak is mold-resistant, lingering debris can foster mold growth.
Monitor for Mold and Mildew: Keep an eye on shaded areas and humid climates where mold and mildew are more likely to develop. Remember, teak is mold and mildew resistant, not proof.
Ensure Ample Airflow: Position your furniture in well-ventilated areas to prevent moisture entrapment, crucial in preventing mold and mildew.
Dry After Wet Conditions: If your furniture gets wet from rain or cleaning, allow it to air dry completely before covering or using it again.
Sanding for Minor Scratches or Stains: Gently sand the area by hand with very fine sandpaper before cleaning, if you notice minor scratches or stains.

Remove the Cushion Covers: If your cushions have removable Sunbrella fabric covers, gently remove them.
Machine Wash or Hand Wash: You can machine wash the covers on a gentle cycle with mild laundry detergent. Alternatively, hand washing with mild soap and lukewarm water works well too. For both methods, avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
Air Dry: Hang the covers to dry. Do not use a dryer, as high heat can shrink or damage the fabric.
Spot Cleaning for Non-Removable Covers: If the cushion covers cannot be removed, prepare a solution of mild soap and water, lightly dampen a soft cloth or sponge, and gently clean the spot. Rinse with a clean, wet cloth and allow to air dry.

Delivery: This level of service includes inside delivery to room of choice and package removal. Shipment can be brought up two flights of stairs in a walk-up; please let us know if you have additional stairs, which may incur additional costs. This is the recommended service for customers in multi-unit buildings or offices. Please note, customer signature is required and returns will not be accepted once successful delivery has been completed.
Scheduling: Customer will be notified of delivery date options via phone call and email and, once date is confirmed, will be provided with a 4-hour appointment window. The shipping company's contact info will be included in the email, in order to reschedule the appointment if necessary.
What's Included: Inside delivery to specified room, package removal, and customer signature required. This level of service does not include assembly or moving of existing items.

Cancellation Policy
