Leather

Care & Maintenance: Vacuum regularly using a soft brush nozzle
Cleaning & Stain Removal: Spot cleaning is not recommended for leather as it can cause discoloration Clean only when necessary, using hot water and soap flakes. Using only the foam, apply evenly across surface with a soft cloth. Mop excess water with a dry cloth, allowing chair to dry before use.

Care & Maintenance: Vacuum weekly on medium power with a soft brush nozzle
Cleaning & Stain Removal: Remove wet stains by dabbing with a lint-free cloth or sponge and warm, detergent-free water. Do not rub as this can damage the fibers and cause discoloration. For persistent stains, use a powder-based cleaning product.

Delivery: This level of service includes inside delivery to room of choice and package removal. Shipment can be brought up two flights of stairs in a walk-up; please let us know if you have additional stairs, which may incur additional costs. This is the recommended service for customers in multi-unit buildings or offices. Please note, customer signature is required and returns will not be accepted once successful delivery has been completed.
Scheduling: Customer will be notified of delivery date options via phone call and email and, once date is confirmed, will be provided with a 4-hour appointment window. The shipping company's contact info will be included in the email, in order to reschedule the appointment if necessary.
What's Included: Inside delivery to specified room, package removal, and customer signature required. This level of service does not include assembly or moving of existing items.
