The Haven Outdoor U-Shape Sectional from Neighbor redefines open-air entertainment with an expansive blend of coastal elegance and modular flexibility. Crafted with a premium, FSC-certified solid teak wood frame, this spacious configuration features a unique, hand-stretched polyester rope backrest that allows air to circulate freely. The deeply padded cushions are stuffed with quick-drying reticulated foam and wrapped in weather-resistant Sunbrella® fabric, creating an incredibly welcoming, resort-like oasis on any large backyard deck or open-air terrace.

Care instructions

Teak: Before you use your new teak furniture, give it a gentle cleaning with mild soap, water, and a soft sponge. Use a mild soap, water, and a soft sponge to remove dirt, debris, and spills as soon as they occur. Monitor for Mold and Mildew. Position your furniture in well-ventilated areas to prevent moisture entrapment, crucial in preventing mold and mildew. If your furniture gets wet from rain or cleaning, allow it to air dry completely before covering or using it again. Gently sand the area by hand with very fine sandpaper before cleaning, if you notice minor scratches or stains.

Cushion: Gently remove cushion covers. Machine wash the covers on a gentle cycle with mild laundry detergent. Alternatively, hand washing with mild soap and lukewarm water works well too. For both methods, avoid bleach and harsh detergents. Hang the covers to dry. Do not use a dryer, as high heat can shrink or damage the fabric. If the cushion covers cannot be removed, prepare a solution of mild soap and water, lightly dampen a soft cloth or sponge, and gently clean the spot. Rinse with a clean, wet cloth and allow to air dry.

Delivery: This level of service includes inside delivery to room of choice and package removal. Shipment can be brought up two flights of stairs in a walk-up; please let us know if you have additional stairs, which may incur additional costs. This is the recommended service for customers in multi-unit buildings or offices. Please note, customer signature is required and returns will not be accepted once successful delivery has been completed.
Scheduling: Customer will be notified of delivery date options via phone call and email and, once date is confirmed, will be provided with a 4-hour appointment window. The shipping company's contact info will be included in the email, in order to reschedule the appointment if necessary.
What's Included: Inside delivery to specified room, package removal, and customer signature required. This level of service does not include assembly or moving of existing items.

Cancellation Policy
