The Haven Outdoor U-Shape Sectional from Neighbor redefines open-air entertainment with an expansive blend of coastal elegance and modular flexibility. Crafted with a premium, FSC-certified solid teak wood frame, this spacious configuration features a unique, hand-stretched polyester rope backrest that allows air to circulate freely. The deeply padded cushions are stuffed with quick-drying reticulated foam and wrapped in weather-resistant Sunbrella® fabric, creating an incredibly welcoming, resort-like oasis on any large backyard deck or open-air terrace.

Assembly Required
- Teak: Clean before first use and as needed: wipe with mild soap, water, and a soft sponge; rinse and air‑dry completely. Keep in well‑ventilated areas to prevent moisture; check for mold or mildew and clean promptly. For minor scratches or stains, lightly hand‑sand with very fine sandpaper before cleaning.
- Cushions: Remove covers when possible. Machine wash on gentle cycle with mild detergent or hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water. Do not use bleach or harsh detergents. Hang covers to dry; do not tumble dry. If covers are non‑removable, spot‑clean with a mild soap solution, rinse with a clean, damp cloth, and air‑dry.

- Delivery: This level of service includes inside delivery to room of choice and package removal. Shipment can be brought up two flights of stairs in a walk-up; please let us know if you have additional stairs, which may incur additional costs. Please note, customer signature is required and returns will not be accepted once successful delivery has been completed.
