Upholstery

Remove wet stains by dabbing with a lint-free cloth wrung in warm, detergent-free water. Do not rub. For persistent stains, use a powder-based cleaning product and test first in an inconspicuous spot
Vacuum weekly on medium power with a soft brush nozzle for maintenance

Leather

Remove stains by dissolving soap flakes in boiled water and applying the foam with a soft cloth across the surface of the furniture. Mop excess water and let dry. Do not spot clean

Aluminum Base

Remove stains with a soft cloth wrung in a mild detergent solution and wipe dry. For persistent stains, use an eraser or petroleum benzine

Materials

Shell: The shell is molded CombiPUR (RigiPur/hard PUR and FlexiPUR soft PUR), and back is covered with tricot wadding 100g, before the chair is upholstered with textile or leather.

Base: The star-shaped, swivel base consists of black PVD coated metal. The leg ferrules are made in black polyamide.

Delivery: This level of service includes inside delivery to room of choice and package removal. Shipment can be brought up two flights of stairs in a walk-up; please let us know if you have additional stairs, which may incur additional costs. Please note, customer signature is required and returns will not be accepted once successful delivery has been completed.
Scheduling: Customer will be notified of delivery date options via phone call and email and, once date is confirmed, will be provided with a 4-hour appointment window. The shipping company's contact info will be included in the email, in order to reschedule the appointment if necessary.
