Informal and functional, the Asserbo Series was created by Børge Mogensen in 1961 to furnish his private holiday home.
Part of Børge Mogensen’s Asserbo Series of Shaker-inspired furniture, created by the Danish designer in 1961 for his own holiday home, the Asserbo Backrest is made for the series’ bench. The rounded design in solid, dark-oiled FSC™-certified eucalyptus with visible brass screws attaches to a wall to provide back support when seated.
