This version is upholstered in soft, premium leather and features a high back with a matching reclining headrest for ultimate comfort and support. Leather
- Care & Maintenance: Vacuum regularly using a soft brush nozzle
- Cleaning & Stain Removal: Clean only when necessary, using hot water and soap flakes. Dissolve 2-3 tablespoons of soap flakes in 1 litre of boiled water. Using only the foam, apply evenly across the surface of the furniture using a soft cloth. Mop excess water with a dry, soft cotton cloth. Allow the furniture to dry before use. Spot cleaning is not recommended for leather as it can cause discoloration. Damage caused by stain removers is not covered by the Fritz Hansen warranty
- Caution: Sharp objects can scratch, and damage leather and non-colorfast clothing can cause permanent discoloration. Avoid placing in direct sunlight for extended periods of time or close to heat sources. Stacking of upholstered chairs can cause pressure marks in the upholstery. To minimize pressure marks when stacking upholstered chairs use the piece of cardboard and thin foam to divide the pressure from the four spacers onto a larger area. This does still not guarantee no pressure marks
Chrome
- Care & Maintenance: Chrome surfaces are resistant to dirt and liquids, but water can cause the surface to corrode. Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth
- Cleaning & Stain Removal: To clean, wipe with a dry or damp cloth wrung in soapy water. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. For stubborn stains, clean with rubbing alcohol
- Rust Removal: Recommend Autosol metal polishing agent, typically available from auto spare parts dealers
- Caution: Do not use solvents on chrome plating
