Care instructions

Cleaning for the teak: Do a general cleaning when needed with a suitable wood cleaner and soft bristle brush. Rinse afterwards with water and let it dry for 24 hours. Note: Wipe off tables, benches and chairs after use with a dry cloth.
Maintenance for the teak: As the wood is untreated, the surface will patinate over time and eventually turn a beautiful silvery grey. If you wish to preserve or intensify the original honey-golden color, use a suitable furniture oil on a regular basis. The wood is resistant to everyday wind and weather with or without treatment due to the high content of natural oils.
Washing instructions for outdoor textile: Wipe the fabric with a firmly wrung cloth. In case of more obstinate stains, remove the upholstery and machine wash it at 30° C. If the upholstery is not removable, the textile must only be washed with a wrung cloth.
Quickdry foam maintenance: If exposed to heavy rain, we recommend placing the cushions upright for quick drainage. Soon after, the cushion will be dry and the cushion can be used again.

Delivery: This level of service includes inside delivery to room of choice and package removal. Shipment can be brought up two flights of stairs in a walk-up; please let us know if you have additional stairs, which may incur additional costs. This is the recommended service for customers in multi-unit buildings or offices. Please note, customer signature is required and returns will not be accepted once successful delivery has been completed.
Scheduling: Customer will be notified of delivery date options via phone call and email and, once date is confirmed, will be provided with a 4-hour appointment window. The shipping company's contact info will be included in the email, in order to reschedule the appointment if necessary.
What's Included: Inside delivery to specified room, package removal, and customer signature required. This level of service does not include assembly or moving of existing items.
