Purposefully shaped to suit the human form, the Series 7™ chair is an icon in modern furniture history, designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1955. Its unique shape features a back with just enough give, charming curves, and a waterfall front edge that supports your legs without pressing into them. Timeless and incredibly versatile, this chair exudes strength, flexibility and durability despite its slender form.

- Care & Maintenance:
- Never use abrasive cleaners including steel wool and polish. Instead, use a mild detergent and follow the packaging instructions. Do not clean furniture with damaged surface lacquer as the water will penetrate and cause warping
- For daily cleaning, wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Stains and dirt can be removed using a solution of hot water and a universal cleaning product, soap flakes (one tablespoon to one litre of lukewarm water), washing detergent or a mild vinegar solution. Wick away excess water immediately and wipe dry with a clean cloth
- Cleaning & Stain Removal: Remove stains and spills as quickly as possible, rinsing with clean water and drying with a soft cloth to avoid water marks

Shell: The shell of the Series 7™ chair is made of pressure molded veneer - 7 layers of inner veneer and 2 layers of outer veneer on front and back. The inner veneer is always beech and the outer veneer is available in natural veneers.
Base: The bases are made of 14 mm steel tubes with 4 and leg ferrules of black synthetic material. The base is mounted with black support spacers and a black cover cap.
