Description
A contemporary interpretation of Emeco’s legendary 1940s Navy Chair, the Navy Outdoor Lounge Chair combines heritage craftsmanship with laid-back comfort. Originally engineered for the U.S. Navy, its recycled aluminum frame is handcrafted in Hanover, Pennsylvania, using the same time-honored welding and heat-treating process developed in 1944—creating furniture so strong it comes with a lifetime warranty, indoors and out. The lightweight yet exceptionally durable frame is available in a hand-brushed finish or powder coat colors, paired with cushions upholstered in leather, fabric, or outdoor-ready textiles. Cushions attach securely with snaps and Velcro® for easy installation, removal, and storage.

Aluminum frames: Clean the aluminum frame with soap and water, and dry with a soft cloth. Can also use Windex, Formula 409 or similar spray cleaner, with or without bleach followed by a lint free towel. Hydrogen peroxide-based cleaners may also be used, dilution level 1:10. Wash any film or residue with hot water.
Do not use Stainless Steel cleaner on any aluminum furniture. For heavy-duty dirt or oil stains on a hand brushed frame, use a very hot water and strong soap, followed by LIGHT scrubbing in the direction of the aluminum grain with a soft bristled brush. If the frame finish is brushed aluminum, also use a damp Scotchbrite pad.
Upholstery: For lounge chairs and sofas upholstered in Sunbrella Heritage and used outdoors, it is always recommended that furniture be stored indoors, or covered, during the winter season and/or when not in use.
