- Rotate rug every 3-6 months to ensure even wear.
- Vacuum often in the direction of the pile and refrain from continuously running the vacuum over any serged or finished edges. Do not use a vacuum on fringed edges—only a handheld attachment.
- Do not use a vacuum beater bar on rugs with silk or viscose, or those made from loop construction. Avoid Dyson vacuums.
- Be sure to vacuum both sides of reversible rugs (like flat weaves).
- Remove stains or spills by firmly blotting with a clean, undyed cloth or towel. Do not rub.
- Avoid harsh chemicals on fine fibers.
- Professional cleaning is recommended for difficult stains.

Shipment can be brought up two flights of stairs in a walk-up; please let us know if you have additional stairs, which may incur additional costs. - Scheduling: Customer will be notified of delivery date options via phone call and email and, once date is confirmed, will be provided with a 4-hour appointment window. The shipping company's contact info will be included in the email, in order to reschedule the appointment if necessary.
