These characteristics do not constitute faults in the fabric or craftsmanship.
- All velvets are delicate fabrics and the pile can be flattened or marked during transit, make-up and use. This distortion of the pile is a normal characteristic and is not a fabric fault or an indication of poor wear. Light steaming and brushing in all directions can help restore the pile easily.
