Performance Fabric:

  • Routine Maintenance: Use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris regularly.
  • Spot Cleaning:
    • Blot stains immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth—avoid rubbing to prevent spreading.
    • Prepare a mild soap solution by mixing a small amount of dish detergent with water. Test the solution in an inconspicuous area first.
    • Gently blot the stain with a clean cloth dampened in the solution, working from the outside toward the center. Rinse with a cloth dampened in plain water and blot dry.
Leather: Clean leather surfaces with a dry soft, lint-free cloth, ensuring that the leather’s surface doesn’t get scratched or damaged. Dampen another cloth with water and a small amount of mild soap or leather cleaner. Gently wipe the surface of the leather in a circular motion. Avoid using too much water or any harsh chemicals. Traditional detergents or alkaline soaps can damage leather by stripping its natural oils. Allow the leather to air-dry naturally. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources, as they can cause the leather to fade or become brittle.

Please note, customer signature is required and returns will not be accepted once successful delivery has been completed.
  • Scheduling: Customer will be notified of delivery date options via phone call and email and, once date is confirmed, will be provided with a 4-hour appointment window. The shipping company's contact info will be included in the email, in order to reschedule the appointment if necessary.
  • What's Included: Inside delivery to specified room, package removal, and customer signature required. This level of service does not include assembly or moving of existing items.
