Assembly Required
- To clean the acrylic shade, wipe it gently with a damp, soft, lint-free cloth, which has been moistened in lukewarm water diluted with neutral detergent (liquid type) at about 5%. Make sure the cloth has been thoroughly wrung out. This also prevents static electricity.
- If stain still cannot be removed, damp cloth with isopropyl alcohol and wipe the acrylic shade gently.
- Do not use organic solvents or abrasive cleaners such as glass cleaners, spray liquid cleaners, benzine, alcohol, or paint thinners. Use of those substances may crack, fog the glossy appearance, or cause the surface finish to peel, as well as hasten distortion and deterioration.
- If sand or dust gets on the acrylic shade, blow it of with a blower bulb or similar instrument.
- To clean inside the acrylic shade, remove it from the base by unscrewing the two clamping screws with a Phillips screwdriver and wipe the interior with a soft, lint-free cloth.
- If the terminal or silicone sheet (black sheet around the terminal) on the bottom is dirty, wipe it with a moistened, soft, lint-free cloth.
- If dirt or dust gets in the terminal on the charger stand, carefully remove with a cotton swab or similar soft object. Do not use a metallic tool such as tweezers.
