HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Enter through the 2Modern Giveaway tab on Facebook and fill out the entry form with the required information.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and for participants over the age of 18. Participants must have an address (No P.O. boxes) since shipments may include large furniture. Void in Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Quebec Province and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Participation and prize award is subject to any applicable corporation policies or restrictions concerning programs such as this.

CONTEST SELECTION: Facebook contest winners will be chosen by random. Pinterest contest winners will be chosen by 2Modern creative team.

PRIZES: Changes with each promotion.

ENTRIES: Entries using macro, robotic, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries as well as the social media handles, tweets, comments, full names, photos and other content submitted by entrants to the promotion MAY be used in advertising or promotional material before, during or after the contest. 2Modern reserves the right to obtain winners’ names by the sweepstakes entrance form, as well as the right to publicize their names and likenesses for promotional purposes on the 2Modern website, 2Modern blog, 2Modern Facebook page, 2Modern Twitter page and 2Modern Pinterest profile. 2Modern reserves the write to mention or link to any social media pages that the winner uses. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. If there is a dispute as to the identity of entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

GENERAL RULES: Noncompliance within this time period, or return of the prize and/or the prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification without further notice, and an alternate winner may be selected. The winner will be notified by email or Facebook message. Winner must confirm name, shipping address, and phone number (required for shipping) to 2Modern within 72 hours or another winner will be chosen. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of the prize is allowed except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an Eligible Participant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an Eligible Participant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by such Eligible Participant may be declared null and void. By entering the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, Eligible Participants and/or the winner agree to hold harmless the Released Parties against any and all claims and liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, which may include a winner’s list, unless otherwise prohibited by law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Eligible Participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Judge and the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor shall not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the materials, administration of the Sweepstakes, and/or any announcement of the prize or the winner.

NOTICE TO ENTRANTS: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor shall not be responsible for faulty, incorrect or mis-transcribed telephone transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. In the event a dispute arises regarding the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed made by the person whose name appears on the online registration form. Any damage made to the website by an entrant will be the responsibility of the entrant and/or the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of such entries by Sponsor. Any entries that are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor or the Judge. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of any individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated in any Sweepstakes materials, or with any provision in these Official Rules. Caution: Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Entrants must have valid e-mail address and it is entrant’s responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in e-mail address. Expenses not specifically included in prize description and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied outside of manufacturer's limited warranty. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for an item of equal or greater value in the event an advertised prize is unavailable. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Promotion. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness, biographical material and/or entry (including an altered form of the entry) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representative agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors, and employees harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prize.

DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in California, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. California State law, without reference to California's choice of law rules, governs the Promotion and all aspects related thereto.
