Huntsman Architectural Group transformed the lobby and amenity spaces of 301 Howard St, a 23-story landmark in San Francisco’s South Financial District, envisioning a serene, harbor-inspired sanctuary within the bustling cityscape—an homage to the site’s maritime past. Sculptural forms, marine hues, and layered textures echo tidal movements, guiding visitors from the “shore” of the lobby to the “depths” of the amenity lounge. Thoughtfully selected lighting by Koncept—like Gravy Wall Sconces mimicking clamshells and Mr. n lamps resembling floating buoys—enhances the immersive, oceanic narrative.
