Hulger is a boutique technology brand, designing and developing unique products sold to a trend conscious worldwide market. Founded in 2004, on the back of extensive press coverage, the company embarked on the design and manufacturing of it's first line the P*PHONE. Other products soon followed and there are many more in the pipeline.
