Dear 2Modern Customer,
First and foremost, I hope you, and your family are safe and healthy. I wanted to send a note to give you an update on 2Modern and share a personal message.
As many of you know, I grew 2Modern organically, without outside investment or debt, which has allowed us to maintain our original vision: to put our customers first. The company was born during the .com bust, grew through the financial crisis, and is well equipped to weather economic storms. We're open for business.
2Modern is set up to operate successfully in this environment:
- All of our employees are able to work at 100% capacity from home with zero disruption to the business, allowing employees to take care of themselves and their families.
- Our supply chain is fully operational (with the exception of select items, noted on product pages).
- Our warehouses have updated measures to ensure packages arrive safely.
- In the event of an order delay, we are fully committed to communicating that update, as timely as possible.
On a more personal note. I know that there is a lot of anxiety and uncertainty in the world right now. I do know, from both a personal and professional standpoint, we are all far more resilient than we give ourselves credit for, and that we will individually–and more importantly, together–navigate this unchartered territory as we have historically, with American ingenuity and grit.
Currently, I am working from home, along with my wife, and kids in a home school format. We're doing this to stay safe/healthy and to do our part to "flatten the curve". While hunkered down, we're finding time to be outside, reducing stress best we can, and trying our best not to drive each other crazy.
