SHIPPING & TAX
Sales tax charges are based upon where the item(s) are shipped. Items are tax free everywhere outside the state of California. Your sales tax will be calculated at checkout and can be reviewed prior to confirmation of your order.
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, items ordered on 2M Collective will ship approximately 1-5 business days after receipt of your order. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
Shipping charges are based on the total amount of items in your shopping cart checkout and the zip code to which your items will ship. For large items that require special delivery or freight charges, a separate shipping fee will apply. All shipping charges will be provided to you on the product page and/or at checkout.
Most product ships via UPS or Fed EX ground. Freight items are shipped using the most economical provider for each order. Due to the variances in weight, location and value of each shipment, our team uses the most competitive rates available at that time.
Purchases from 2M Collective are brand new items that have been heavily discounted. We are unable to accept returns on these items. Please consider the dimensions, colors and specifications of each item listed before making your purchase. Due to the rapid pace of each online event, samples are not available prior to purchase.

Can I place an order of the phone?
Due to the nature of this type of sales, all purchases must be made online at 2M Collective.com. We recognize the ‘need for speed’ to obtain these amazing deals! Please stay tuned for a 2M Collective app for your desktop and mobile phone. This will be launching within the next few weeks.
What do I do if my purchase is received damaged?
It is important to note any visible damage on your package as soon as possible. Please check your package carefully before accepting. Please contact us right away. It is important to have your order number, the date of purchase and the name of the item you have purchased on hand. We will do our best to process your claim efficiently.
Damages to larger items that arrived via freight may require photos. If you receive a large freight shipment with visible damage – please refuse your shipment. Please take notes of the carrier, date of delivery and the type of damage you are seeing on your item. If your driver has left or the delivery was left at your door without an opportunity to refuse delivery, please take photos and contact us right away. We will do our best to replace your damaged item quickly. It is important to note that you may have purchased an item that is no longer available. If this is the case, we will gladly refund your money 100%. We are unable to accept returns for any reason beyond damages and or incorrectly shipped items.
How long will my shipment take?
The beauty of making a purchase with 2M Collective is that your item is in stock and ready to ship. Most items ship within 1-3 business days. Some items may take up to 5 business days to ship. Actual transit time will depend on where it is being shipped and the overall size of the shipment. Larger furniture items which ship via freight may take up to 3 weeks for actual transit time.
How do I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification. Included in this email will be the method with which your item(s) have shipped and the tracking number for your shipment. You may check your order’s shipping status by logging onto the website of the carrier used to check the status of your shipment. Please keep in mind that if your total purchases included more than 1 manufacturer, you will have multiple tracking numbers. Some items may arrive sooner than others, depending on the location from which the items have shipped.
Does 2M Collective ship Internationally?
Currently, we are unable to ship 2M Collective items to international locations unless you are buying volume. Please contact us to inquire and coordinate.
