modernlink - Jimmy Office Desk. This beautifully constructed Jimmy office desk by modernlink is the little brother of the larger James executive desk. This desk has all the same features compressed into a 'city sized' package.
On the surface of the 'Jimmy' desk features five integrated desk-top file 'gills' to keep you from cluttering your work area. The small drawer is equipped with a sliding lid that can be pushed back to reveal two adjustable drawer organizers. The organizers can be removed and the drawer will fit letter sized paper perfectly.
All bamboo used in modernlink furniture is farm harvested and sustainable. Comes in "Baked" or "Raw" finish. Raw is the color of bamboo unadorned, leaving the surface as it would be naturally. Baked is achieved by literally toasting raw bamboo at high temperatures browning the silica in the bamboo naturally. The stained Wenge finish recalls one of the favorite woods of the danish modernist past.
