Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

2Modern is seeking a dynamic Customer Service professional with Logistics Coordination experience. 

Team members are responsible for ensuring all processes from initial inquiry through delivery/installation are fulfilled efficiently. This role is primarily back-office, coordinating shipments and working with the Sales & Support team members to ensure successful fulfillment of product. 

The position is full-time Monday to Friday and can be remote/telecommute. 

Tasks mainly include: Coordinating with shipping companies, vendors and customers via phone or email in a professional and high paced environment. Candidates must be extremely detail oriented, independent with polished problem solving skills as well as be a team player. Candidate will be working within a dynamic sales and customer support team. 

We are looking for individuals with a knowledge of ecommerce operations and logistics coordination. People who are able to offer an extremely high standard of customer service, are proactive and work well within a team.

We expect applicants to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be extremely organized, be able to work to deadlines with a high level of accuracy, be able to problem-solve and have competent computer skills.

Candidates with relevant customer service or high-end retail experience preferred. To have experience of working with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems and working in furniture/lighting industry will be an advantage.

Trade Sales Representative

2Modern is seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Trade Sales Representative. 

Potential candidates must have a successful track record of establishing strong relationships with customers and exceeding sales goals within the home/office furnishing space. The ideal candidate is motivated, goal-oriented and has polished phone/email sales skills. Compensation includes a base salary  + commissions to incentivize business growth. 

The position is full-time Monday to Friday and can be remote/telecommute. 

Tasks mainly include: Converting incoming leads and driving new business via phone or email in a professional and high paced environment. Candidates must be extremely detail oriented, self-motivated and possess polished sales skills. 

We are looking for individuals with a knowledge of succeeding within an ecommerce environment, have experience working with Architects/Designers/Builders/Buyers, are proactive and work well within a team.

We expect applicants to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work to deadlines with a high level of accuracy and have competent computer skills.

Proficiency in working with CRM systems and have knowledge of the brands we work with will be an advantage.
