I had recently purchased and installed this fan in our 1965 mid century mod home. I never thought that I would fall in love with a ceiling fan, of all things. I love the design in that it lends it self well to all styles of decor, from modern to eclectic. We also purchased separately the control kit, which allows you to adjust the rate of spinning from slow to fast. It is extremely quite and runs smoothly. Great addition, functionally and aesthetically to any home!
