The legs are exposed, solid wood, and the back of the chair is tightly upholstered, high-density upholstery foam for clean lines and a comfortable seat. The frame of the chair is also made from solid wood, giving the chair a long lasting durability and a sturdy place to relax. The Carmichael Chair was designed by David Podsiadlo, and is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council for their support of responsible forest management in the creation of these chairs. Your Gus* - Carmichael Chair comes fully assembled and you can choose from three neutral gray shades called Cobour, Totem and Urban. The chair weighs 77 pounds, has a seat height of 17, and the overall dimensions are 35 high by 30 wide and 21.5 depth. The Carmichael is also available in a sofa version so you can get a matching set for your living room, den or office.
